Campaign Management   Complex and time consuming. First, must select short code through CSCA, build campaign, then select an aggregator that fits campaign needs, gain approval, and launch, then continuously monitor the subscriber experience over different carriers and different locations. Must monitor failures or SLA violations.   Simple. Campaign design and self-management tools are available from Zoove.

Performance   Inconsistent. Messages can get delayed or lost.  Response times can degrade during busiest hours of the day.   Reliable and intelligent. Using SS7 signaling, Zoove resolves a **code, detects the device type and location and instantly sends an ‘intelligent’ response type back to mobile device.
