Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Timothy Jemison is an accomplished communications and technology executive with proven success in entrepreneurial ventures and in launching and developing startup companies into viable commercial enterprises.
Prior to co-founding Zoove, Jemison served as Director of Sales for Appiant Technologies (NASDAQ: APPS), a software applications and communications infrastructure organization, providing hosted carrier class Unified Messaging solutions for service providers (Wireless, ISP, LEC's, ASP) and large enterprise customers. Customers included AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless and Verizon Landline.
Mr. Jemison was also Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer for CollegeLink.com from September 1999 to May 2000. He was a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Online Scouting Network, Inc., an Internet-based athletic recruiting service. Mr. Jemison was featured on the cover of ‘Success Magazine’ in November 1996, describing the $1.5 million angel investment he secured for Online Scouting Network from 15 professional athletes. Mr. Jemison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Gerry Christensen has over 20 years of experience in planning, engineering, product management, and business development for telecommunications networks, applications and services. Christensen joined Zoove to lead product development, provide technology vision, and to drive technology integration and related partnering activities for the company.
Prior to Zoove, Christensen led Technology R&D for VeriSign's Solutions Development Center and was also responsible for wireless data and content business development. He also sat on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association for VeriSign. Christensen also served as Director of Product Management for SignalSoft, a leading provider of location-based services infrastructure and middleware, where he built and led the team responsible for all mobile location service software products globally. Christensen has also held various technical management positions at Illuminet, BellSouth Cellular, and BellSouth Telecommunications.
Christensen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and a MBA from Auburn University. He is a registered Professional Engineer and author of the books, ‘Data on SS7’ and ‘Yes 2 Prepay’ he co-authored the books, ‘Mobile Positioning and Location Management’ and ‘Wireless Intelligent Networking’.

VP Carrier Operations
Josh Bulgin has over 10 years of experience in business development, account management, solution engineering, program management, and product development within the wireless data industry. He is responsible for Zoove’s relationships and operational support for the Mobile Network Operators.
Prior to joining Zoove, Mr. Bulgin held the roles of Vice President , Client Services and Vice President, Customer Operations for Motricity (a leading mobile content infrastructure service provider) where he was responsible for professional services, solution engineering, account management, the program management office, and all content operations and services .
Mr. Bulgin holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the Robert Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park.

VP Engineering & Development
Mike Caffey has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and has been managing large development teams for many years in both the Telecommunications and Aerospace industries. Mr. Caffey has broad experience in deploying carrier-grade communications systems and joined Zoove to provide technical direction and management oversight for Zoove's engineering and product validation teams.
Prior to joining Zoove, Caffey was Director of Engineering for SS8 Networks where he led R&D for the organization’s Unified Communications product portfolio. At SS8, Mr. Caffey led the engineering team responsible for both SS8's next-generation Unified Communications platform the Service Controller 3100 and SS8's legacy voice messaging platform the Broadband Services Platform. In addition to leading R&D for these products Caffey worked closely with carriers to establish product plans and provide guidance on the product roadmap for SS8. Mr. Caffey was also an engineering manager for WorldCom, Inc. where, as a part of the Network Development team, lead development of an Enhanced Services Platform focused on Enhanced 800 services.
Prior to joining the Telecommunications Industry, Mr. Caffey worked in the Aerospace industry for two companies developing software for both military and commercial flight simulators. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Tulsa.

President
Mark Ewen has been in the mobile/wireless industry since the mid 90’s. In 1996, after several years in sales at Oracle Corporation and a year at NETCOM, Mark joined Unwired Planet (which changed its name to Phone.com in early 1999, and then to Openwave in late 2000). Mark was Area Vice President of Sales focusing on wireless carriers primarily in North America and Latin America.
Mark joined Pinpoint Networks in 2003 (Pinpoint changed its name to Motricity in late 2004) where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. In early 2006, Mark joined Acta Wireless as Venture Partner where he was an advisor to Zoove until he joined full time as President in early 2008. Mark remains involved with Acta Wireless, and now sits on Acta’s Advisory Board.
Mark holds a degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he served a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association.

VP Product Management & Marketing
John Finch brings over 14 years of product management and marketing experience in telecommunications and technology to his position as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Zoove. He is responsible for defining, developing and delivering product strategy as well as guiding the company's marketing strategies including product marketing and marketing communications.
Most recently Mr. Finch was Director of Product Marketing at Genesys Labs (a subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent) where he was responsible for the product strategy, direction, positioning and market awareness of the Voice Self-service and Contact Center Software application platforms. Previously, John was Director of Product Management at SS8 Networks, where he was responsible for the Unified Communications product portfolio. John has also held senior level sales, marketing, and product management positions at AT&T, Octel, Lucent Technologies and Epicentric (now Vignette).
Mr. Finch holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

VP Business Development & Marketing
Mr. Haroutoonian is a mobile media and marketing thought leader whose strategic vision and innovation has established him as an industry pioneer. He led the creation and deployment of numerous innovative mobile strategies that are well known for jump-starting the awareness and usage of text messaging in North America. With over 20 years of senior management experience that spans across sales, business development, marketing, product development and operations management, Haroutoonian plays a key role in developing, implementing and sustaining Zoove's growth strategy.
Before joining Zoove, Haroutoonian served as Executive Vice President for Dijji Corporation (formerly Dwango Wireless) where he led multiple divisions, rejuvenated product lines and marketing communications and spearheaded the re-branding and launch of the company. Rouben was also responsible for the company's key partner relationships with premium brands including ESPN, Napster, Playboy, Rolling Stone, and USA TODAY. In addition, he established and developed partnerships with North American wireless carriers such as Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.
Rouben also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services at Mobliss, Inc., (an Index Group Company) where he established, developed and managed several well-known Fortune 500 accounts including American Idol, Capitol One, ESPN, NFL, NIKE, Sports Illustrated, The Coca-Cola Company, TV Guide Networks, Toyota Motor Company, Unilever and United States Air Force. That success led to a merger with Index Corporation of Japan in January 2004. Rouben also led publisher relations and business development teams at aQuantive (formerly Avenue A), a premier interactive advertising agency, where he managed key accounts including AT&T Wireless, CBS Sportsline, Disney, Kraft and Microsoft.

VP Asia Pacific
Weiping Hu has over 20 years of sales, marketing, business development, and general management experience in the telecommunications industry, working with both start-ups and large organizations. Mr Hu joined Zoove in 2006 and is responsible for all Asia Pacific operations.
Prior to joining Zoove, Weiping was the General Manager, Asia Pacific, at Bytemobile. Over a 3-year period in Beijing he established, developed and managed all regional business relationships and led his staff in achieving a cumulative sales growth rate of over 100%.
Prior to Bytemobile, Weiping spent 9 years at Alcatel-Lucent, based in China, Hong Kong and the US. His last position was Director, Business Development Asia Pacific, in Alcatel's Telecom Carriers Solutions Group. Here Mr. Hu was responsible for the marketing and sales of mobile infrastructure products, services and solutions in Japan, China, Korea, Australia, and Thailand. In addition, he also served as managing director of Network Operations, China, in the Switching Networks Division. Weiping began his career as a senior software engineer at Nortel and spent 6 years in software architecture, design and implementation. Mr. Hu holds a M.S degree in Applied Science from the University of Victoria.
