Christian Borcher

Christian has been with Cardinal Venture Capital since its founding in 2000. Prior to joining Cardinal, Christian was an entrepreneur in Europe and an attorney with Scandinavia's largest law firm, specializing in M&A, restructurings and equity financing. He taught contract and property law at Copenhagen University, Faculty of Law, served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Young Lawyers, and remains admitted to the High Court of Denmark. At Cardinal, Christian focuses on Digital Media, SaaS and Mobility and he is responsible for Cardinal's investments in Zoove, BlueRoads, DivX (NASDAQ-DIVX), Razz, Inc., PlayPhone and Wireless Security Corporation (acquired by McAfee, MFE) and Sonopia. Christian received his M.B.A. from Stanford Business School, and his Summa Cum Laude Masters and Bachelor of Law Degrees from Copenhagen University.

Sean Dalton

Sean is a General Partner investing in communications infrastructure and semiconductors. He currently represents Highland on the boards of Casero, CHiL Semiconductor, Covergence, Innovative Silicon, MokaFive, Optasite, picoChip, QD Vision, Radiospire Networks, Starent Networks (Nasdaq: STAR), Tatara Systems, Virtual Iron Software and Zoove and also actively works with ANDA Networks. Sean is a former director of AccessLan Communications (acquired by Advanced Fibre Communications), Altiga Networks (acquired by Cisco), CCTV Wireless (acquired by TerreStar), Envoy Networks (acquired by Texas Instruments), Ocular Networks (acquired by Tellabs), P.A. Semi (acquired by Apple), Telcobuy.com (merged with World Wide Technology) and Telica (acquired by Lucent). The prestigious Forbes Midas List has recognized Sean as one of the top venture capitalists in the industry. Sean received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware.

Timothy H. Jemison
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Zoove

Timothy Jemison is an accomplished communications and technology executive with proven success in entrepreneurial ventures and in launching and developing startup companies into viable commercial enterprises.

Prior to co-founding Zoove, Jemison served as Director of Sales for Appiant Technologies (NASDAQ: APPS), a software applications and communications infrastructure organization, providing hosted carrier class Unified Messaging solutions for service providers (Wireless, ISP, LEC's, ASP) and large enterprise customers. Customers included AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless and Verizon Landline.

Mr. Jemison was also Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer for CollegeLink.com from September 1999 to May 2000. He was a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Online Scouting Network, Inc., an Internet-based athletic recruiting service. Mr. Jemison was featured on the cover of ‘Success Magazine’ in November 1996, describing the $1.5 million angel investment he secured for Online Scouting Network from 15 professional athletes. Mr. Jemison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State.

Tim Weingarten

Tim joined Worldview in January, 2000 from Robertson Stephens and Company, where he worked in equity research and focused on telecom and networking equipment sectors. Tim’s investments for Worldview are directed at the intersection of broadband, mobile and the Internet.

Tim is a Board member of Cogent Communications (NASD: CCOI), Force10 Networks, Ooma Inc., Zoove Inc. and Visage Mobile. Previously, Tim was an investor in Avvenu (acquired by Motorola), Laurel Networks (acquired by ECI Telecom) and Movaz Networks (acquired by Adva Optical Inc.).

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
